It was a pretty quick reading book and I thought the coffee trivia interesting.
I was surprised when her ex-husband turned out to be Madame's son though I was disappointed in how Clare reacts to both the ploys of Madame in trying to force a reconciliation and Matt
Why didn't the killer make sure Annabelle was dead? Did he think that a tumble down the stairs was sure to have broken her neck? Bet it was quite a shock to find out she survived the fall and could wake up and name her assailant.
Overall, I wasn't very impressed with the main characters but will see how the next book goes.

I'm suggesting Witch Way to Murder by Shirley Damsgaard for the May poll. It's the first book in her Ophelia and Abby series.
